Olivia Newton-John makes a graceful appearance on Oprah.

Our very own LuxEco advocate, Olivia Newton-John was a guest on the taping of Oprah’s show Tuesday. Oprah, filming two shows at the Sydney Opera House this week, had a star studded line-up for her travels Down Under. The guest list also included Russell Crowe, Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, and Keith Urban. The stars took the stage one by one to sing a fabulous rendition of “I Still Call Australia Home,” received by a roaring crowd, as Oprah looked on. Olivia followed Hugh Jackman’s solo onstage before the two shared a duet, and Oprah joined the five of them on stage to finish out the performance. The episode is expected to air in January.
Oprah was meant to visit Gaia Retreat and Spa, created by Olivia Newton-John and close friend Gregg Cave, but got derailed to another part of Australia during her tour. The spa reflects Olivia’s personal elegance and connection with the environment, which is something she has had a strong affinity for throughout many years. While taping the live program at the Sydney Opera House, Oprah said of her production team members who were able to make it to the spa, “They loved it! Didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to come back and experience Gaia.”
